Andrew provides cost estimating services for design-build, hard bid, and negotiated construction projects throughout Oklahoma and Texas. With over 8 years of experience, Andrew’s background includes a strong work history in construction execution, coordination, and management allowing him a strategic method to estimating, as well as continuing relationships with important subcontractors.
